our cisco 861 send all trafic to our firewall and this then passes the trafic to our MPLS via 192.168.XX.XX, and the telco engineer was receiving rolling crc errors from cisco 861 router as he tries to add 192.168.XX.XX.
Please advise what should be the problem >?

is it the bad cabling on telco site or customer end?
if I need to see the configuration to make sure things which parameter do I need to see ?

The cable attached to the device seeing errors.
Generally these are not configuration issues, just confirm speed and duplex are hard-coded both sides.
