LMS 3.2 - CM DataCollection Metrics Report doesn't work

Hi there,

performing CM DataCollection Metrics Report via CW2000-Portal or direct URL

http://<ip>/campus/discoveryMetrics.do

Results in not showing the last DataCollection Cycles and displaying error-message

"Data Collection is in progress. Latest data collection metrics report is not available".

But latest DataCollection was run successfully before and collection-status is idle in CM-Homepage.

I think this problem came up with upgrade from LMS 3.1 to LMS 3.2.

Anybody out there having a hint?

Hi there,

found the problem by my own.

in CSCOpx/campus/etc/cwsi/ folder a file xmlwrite.lock was touched (may be upgrade did't give processes a change to delete file).

This one prevents processes from writing to xml-files responsible for result of DataCollection
