ViewMail with Unity Connections Issue

Hi All,

I am having some funny experiences (my boss does not think they are funny anymore!) with Viewmail and will appreciate any help with this matter.

Setup as follows.

Outlook version 2007

Viewmail version 7.1(3)

Cisco Unity Connections version 7.1(3)

1. When calling from Viewmail to record a message, the call is never successful the first time. Traces show that CUC stops responding back to the PC and does not send the call to the phone as well to record the message.

2. When recording the message the call must be ended by Viewmail or the message will disappear (if the call is ended from Phone).

3. Once the call is ended from Viewmail it must also be ended from the Phone itself. It does not get disconnected itself.

Again I shall appreciate any help in one or more of these issues.
