CUPC Outlook integration..

I have a customer who is having an issue when they try to dial from outlook using their CUPC. Outlook is adding a '+9' to the number being dialed and CallManager cannot process the '+'. Has anyone else run into this and if so how did you fix it?

You can use APplication dial rules if using CUCM 7.X

which version you use?
