help me its urgent
our 2811 router is connecte to PSTN Telco for Provisioning
at Serial Line on 0/1/1 through smart serial for the following configuration
interface Serial0/1/1
physical-layer async
no ip address
encapsulation slip
async mode interactive
line 0/1/1
login authentication prov
transport input all
transport output all
telnet transparent
stopbits 1
flowcontrol software

with the command
telnet 10.100.0.37 2019
i could not get the link, i have to clear line 0/1/1 or restart the router
is there any remedy other than this

absolute-timeout Set absolute timeout for line disconnection
dispatch-timeout Set the dispatch timer
exec-timeout Set the EXEC timeout
lockable Allow users to lock a line
logout-warning Set Warning countdown for absolute timeout of line
notify Inform users
