Hi all

One of our customer had 6500 switch with 720 sup showing asicreg COIL errors on console.

remote command switch show plat hard asicreg COIL slot 8 port 1 error-counters print-non-zero. "

can anybody knows abt this errors?

Please help me to solve this problem

Coil errors are usually hardware issues , probably should think about getting the TAC involved and possible RMA.
