We are using ICM 7.5(6) enterprise with OUTD dialer in redudent agent and MR pg's.
We have 42 dialer ports per PG and the normal calls in Preiview direct mode works fine.The only problem we facing is personel callback in preview direct mode and the normal calls in Preview only mode are getting disconnected randomly.
As the personal callback in Preview_direct and both normal and personal callback in preview direct are initiated from dialer itself where I am facing problem.
I have busy trigger and max calls are set to 2 and 2 respectively.
Kindly assist me in solving the issue.
