TFTP: [17]:Error --> File not found

hello, i'm trying to add some background pictures to my phone, done what needed,

List.xml, two png images, but image does not appear

i've seen console logs and there is a message

TFTP: [17]:Requesting Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml from *.*.*.*

TFTP: [17]:Error --> File not found

can anyone help?

What's the exact version of CallManager and type (Windows, Linux or Express) are you using??

What model of IP Phone as well??

That size is for 7962G, 7942G, 7961G, 7961G-GE, 7941G, and 7941G-GE. I'll assume you're using one of those, if not, go to CCO and search " + administration guide" to get the right set of instructions

Most common errors are:

A) Use instructions for another model, thus creating the PNGs and folders incorrectly

B) Copying the contents of List.xml directly from the webpage, there are hidden characters when you copy paste and cause errors

C) Linux is case sensitive, and the files and/or contents are not correct. List.xml is not the same as list.xml for Linux, neither .PNG and .png
