I know that with this version you can select in the subscribers profile to mark as private, however, at a customers site it just isnt there at all. Marked as urgent is there. Is there a setting somewhere that allows this to be seen?

Subscribers logging in to their mailboxes and addressing a message to another subscriber have always been able to mark a message as private.
The ability to forward to a subscribers mailbox greeting and leave a message and then mark it as private was a feature added in Cisco Unity 7.0(2).
