the CIPC can receive call or missed call with + sign, but when hit dial from missed call list, it can not recognize + sign, e.g, the missed call is +1 212 222 2222, when hit dial, shown on CIPC, only 1 212 222 2222, so call failed, it is same behavior as class A phone (7940 etc)

who can confirm above if it is normal or mis-config?

also want to know if new IP phone 69XX/89XX/99XX has same problem
