VPN failover (Cisco Router 1841) ?

Dear All Expert,

I would like to do VPN failover by Cisco Router 1841. Let me show you that at HQ i have rouer 1841 with HWic-4ESW and Branch site i have Cisco Router 1841 with HWic-4ESW. From HQ to Branch i have 2 Bridge connection(Without internet).

So i would like to implement VPN fail over, i mean when the primary down the connection standby will be up automatically.

I don't know the way how to implementation on VPN fail over?
