Upgrade to asa821-k8 didnt work

Last night I upgraded an ASA 5520 from 8.0.(4) to 8.2.1 it booted fine and seemed to pass traffic fine however any incoming static nat translations didnt work even though they showed up in the ASDM, should I have made any config changes prior to upgrade..any ideas

No, upgrade to 8.0 to 8.2 should work smoothly.

Maybe there was a bogus xlate that got create and caused this issue. I don't know the specifics of the problem, but that could be something that has happened depending on if you have conflicting xlates.

If you had save the config then the upgrade should in general not relate with the problem.
