Will router run at 208v single phase?

Does anyone know if this equipment will run at 208v single phase? Can you point me to a good resource online?

1. Cisco 2511 Router

2. Linksys SRW2048

I am not certain on the power usage of the Cisco2511 router, but the srw2048 on the power plug on the back of the switch states that it is 200 to 240 volts. I personally have never worked with the 208v single phase. Hopefully this will give you something to go on.
