Allowing certain numbers to be dialed

At present we block 0800 numbers etc depending on users requirements. We however have a supplier that is using an 0843 number for their call centre and rather than open up 0800 numbers for everyone in the business is there a way of allowing the 0843 number to be dialed? Can I set up a partition for this or a calling search space??

I'll assume CUCM 7.1(2)

Configure a route pattern with the exact phone number if you know it.

Otherwise configure a route pattern with 0843. If you're blocking 08XX the calls will go thru as well.
