WAAS issues

Has anyone experienced issues with Opentext DM (document management) or downloading files across the WAN and those files will not complete if they are large in size.

Keith,

What protocol are you using to download the file (HTTP/HTTPS/Etc.)? What version of WAAS are you using?

It's just a file that resides on a NAS in a remote office. The most recent issue was a 9.5MB file, after transferring about 645k the file transfer would stop. I am running version 4.1.5b.

I am also having an issue with users occasionally receiving blank documents when opening them from our document management system. The users are in a remote office from the location of our DM system. After several tries of opening the document, the content of the document appears. With the WAE device in one of the remote offices disabled, these issues do not seem to occur.
