CCM 6.0 "Unable to connect to server"

Answered Question
Nov 13th, 2009

hi all,

I got tired in keep trying to login Cisco Attendant Console successful. im getting error "Unable to connect to server" ..

i google this issue & got same solution every where that you need to restart CTI or Attendant console service, even i found the same solution on previous posts of Netpro, i tried these all but still im getting the same error.

Im trying this activity on VMWare & I have CCM

My pilot point is registered, ac user & ACDeviceAuthenticationUser has CTI Enable, allowed call monitoring, allow call park monitoring, CTI allow control of all devices with password 12345...

i have went through with the docs properly but still im fail ....

is it the bug in this version of CCM or it is not possible to implement via VMWare & CIPC ??

Can any one help me out for suggestion about this problem or can any one tell me how to take the logs for it ???

plz reply ASAP bcoz i have to implement it in couple of days

I have this problem too.
