Unity 4.0(5) Upgrade - Dialing Domain Digit Entry Problem

We upgraded to Unity 4.0(5) so that we can use the COBRAS tool. Post-upgrade testing is good, with one anomaly. When we try to enter the pilot point of other Unity servers in our servers dialing domain, we get an error that says:

'Invalid Character for dial string - Entry ignored.

Legal characters are: "0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9".'

We are entering the pilot point of the other servers and are definitely using numbers. We have tried other screens and no issues entering information. Anyone seen this before?

Keri,

Sounds like there may possibly be leading whitespace? Try hitting backspace and making sure that there's no leading space present.

If that doesn't yield any results, you can add the Dial String into the SQL manually if you still can't get SAWeb to accept input:

Open SQL Enterprise Manager> Databases > Unitydb > Tables

Click on LocationTransfer table

Click on Action > Open Table > Return all rows

Manually enter the Dial String
