Hi All, I have a couple of users in a line group that I would like to set them up some basic queuing. Is this possible? I have cisco Business edition 6.1.3.2000-1 with cisco unity connection Version 2.1.3ES23.1000-23.

Hi Mike,
You can use the attendant console feature of the cucm 6 to make use of its call queueing feature
No need for the unity connection

The Attendant Console built into UC Manager is End of Life and will no longer function starting in 8.0, due out early next year.
Your options are to use a hunt group (native to UCM); or, another product such as Contact Center Express.

But if I'm not wrong, CM hunt-groups do not do call queuing.
Another alternative is B-ACD/AA on the GW in H.323 or SIP mode. That is probably unsupported by cisco.

Hi,
Attendant console won't be available from version 7 fresh install
But if he upgrade he'll find it after the upgrade to 7
Also you can use the business edition of the attendant console after that
Also you can check the B/ACD solution advised above

Do you know if I can set up basic call queuing with Attendant console and CCM 4.2.3 ?

Yes, configure broadcast using the acclient.bat to achieve this.
