Ciscoworks 3.1 JRM administratively disabled

When I try to restart the process (or all processes) the JRM process shuts down almost immediately after restarting. Any ideas?

Post the full output of the pdshow command and the jrm.log.

Pdshow output enclosed, I do not have a jrm.log which seems strange? Help appreciated.

This is fixed it was related to the issue with /opt/CSCOpx/lib/classpath/jrmuser.properties and removing the .xx.xx.xx
