When I am booting a router 3620, I am unable to detect flash memory.

what would be the reason. Is Flash memory becomes unserviceable. And what about IOS.

Is it available in the market, if yes what would be the cost.

Flash memory is available physically in the router.

IOS may not be present in flash.

You need to report the full message as always when dealing technical matters.

sorry, i would have given u full detail..

a physical flash memory is avl in the router, but the ios may be courrpted or erased from the router because due to sudden power break down router sttoped working.

-is it possible to put ios on physical memory or to buy a new memory

-if it is possible  to get ios then pse suggest from where and how

It's very difficult to buy a 16 or 32mb PCMCIA card these days.  And the 3600 series are very, very picky.  There are a number of 3rd party brands you can use.
