hey how r u guys i have one question this is i need to control the ip phone remotelly. That is i need the ip phone to call to my phone.

I thoroughly recommend the following for remote management and reporting (call usage etc).

Whenever I have major work on CUCM that affects multiple sites and I am working out of core hours, I can remote any phone and test calls out of any of the 15 voice gateways to my phone/mobile which is great. I can also talk a user through features and check CLID on their screen.

You can also broadcast messages to IPT handsets (excluding 7912 older models etc), I use this feature to reming staff of updates etc.
