Hello,
Why can't I use a dialing interface(POTS or PRI) for multiple route groups? Basically, I have a few pots lines that I would like to use for initial 911 calls, then dump down to a PRI if the POTS line is being used already or otherwise can't handle the call. If I create a route group with the POTS gateway and then the PRI gateway, I cannot use the PRI gateway in any other route groups. Why is this?
If it is by design, how do people create route groups using the same interfaces, just in different priority orders depending on the callers class of service?
Thanks in advance.

Tha'ts WAD, you can only use stuff like ICT GK trunks several times in RGs.
You can add the GW to only 1 RG, but you can use the RGs in several RLs to configure failover.

Thanks. I actually ended up having to open a TAC case on this. But it works now so life it good!
