SRW2048 spiking wildly in the latter half of the transfer

I wonder if anyone can help me, we have a customer using an SRW2048 and they experience spikes towards the end of there uploads.  It looks as if the transfer is being throttled due to the bufffer being full? I've seen a few people on this forum have had issues with this switch but dont seem to have a solution.  I've attached an example of what the customer is seeing.

Hello,

I would like to know more about the topology including from where and on what the transfer is being started, where and what it is being transferred to and the speed and duplex of each hop in between.
