CRA Agent hears busy signal on all CSQ

Call Manager 4.1(3)sr7

CRA 3.5 with JTAPI 2.1(3.28)Release


Sometime, a CRA agent phone called hears a busy signal when taking the call.

So agent loss call and has to wait next call. We don't know if the caller party is dropped or is kept on waiting queue.


In attachment IVRLogs,respectivily, check Agent with ID 5062 at Nov 17th 10:38 and agent ID 5063 at 11:01.
