Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the beeping sound, you hear when someone calls through on your conference phone when you are already on a line? We have a number of users who have started to complain when they are on a conference call, they hear a loud beep like someone is call that conference phone, is it possible to disable this feature?

Hi Daniel,

I believe this is what you are looking for;

Service Parameters Configuration > Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - General)

Party Entrance Tone - False

It's either that or an actual call coming through, in which case just set the Busy Trigger to 1 for

these DN's.
