SPA8800 Template / Line ID's help.

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up the Template for the SPA8800 xml correctly but i'm failing a a certain point.

Inside the XML there are a total of 8 Profiles for Lines / Phones.

The only problem is that 7 of them are for the Phone Configuration which i dont really need and only 1 of them are for configuring only ONE of the lines.

What i basically want to do is to have a template so that will have all 4 Line's in it and not only 1.

Did i miss something / doing something wrong?

I already exported the XML from the Spa8800 and using it to provision the first line works, but i cant seem to get the other lines to work.

Nevermind,

After a couple of days of Headbashing i found out that the template was fine, just a bit confusing.

Phone 1 = Proxy1
Phone 2 = Proxy3
Phone 3 = Proxy5
Phone 4 = Proxy7

Line 1 = Proxy2
Line 2 = Proxy4
Line 3 = Proxy6
Line 4 = Proxy8

Do you happen to remember how you exported the XML configuration from the SPA8800?

That's the problem I'm trying to solve.
