I was looking to configure my customize tone while i transfer call (instead of ring back tone), and from CCM 6.0 system guide i got to know that we can do this via annunciator !!!!

so thats why i was trying to upload file in annunciator but i couldnt ....

can you please guide me how i can achieve that ????

Seriously? I'll rephrase my answer I guess: NO

UCM does not provide the ability to customize ringback. Phones allow end users to customize the incoming call ring tone but that's it.

Its strange that UCM doesnt support this .
