UEIME uccx split installation

Dears,

In a UEIME split server deployment for uccx,  where database server is installed on a machine and the application, file, services, web components installed on another machine. When i open the default partition (web interface) i get the following error:

Message from the ISAPI plugin:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 25 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

Did you figure out what your issue was?  I am receiving the same error except I have the services all on the same server.  Thanks
