Any way to adjust handset gain ?

Is there anyway to adjust the gain on the handset on a 7911 (or 7941) handset ?

We have a user who speaks very quietly, and complains that the person at the other end can't hear them.

Try increasing a little output gain on the voice-port, that will afftect all users still can be very beneficial.

But that's only on the gateways (unless I'm missing a trick) and this user has this problem for both internal and external calls.
