Hopfully some one at Cisco will see this post.

I am the proud owner of a spa3102 and registered with the support website, but still I do not get support !!!

It seems tht the questions asked or problem reported are treated as non comital discussion even that I am a paying customer.

Please point me to a support person that will solve my problem !!!

I reported, as many others that the spa3102 does not connect calls to the fxo port for the following dial plan:


Imediate action is requierd !!!!


I have this problem too.
