sub skillgroup in ctio os desktop

Hi

We have ipcc 7.5 and we define sub skillgroup.

  When agent are logged in, they only see the base skillgroup in the skillgroup grid.  They didn't have the sub skillgroup.  Is there a way to see the sub skillgroup in CTIOS Desktop

We use the  CTIOS Desktop 7.5.4  out of the box

I don't recommend sub-skills in IPCC. They can be used in a TDM environment - that's the most common application. There have been very long threads here on sub-skills in UCCE - contributions by Chris Klardie and David Reich. Perhaps you can search for that thread to see if you are using sub-skills correctly.

What exactly are you trying to do in using subskills - is this for langauge?
