HI all,
We have the following case.
A client has a phone list db.
He did request an application that can start reading the db - place automatic a call through cme.
If the call is answered, sent the call to operator.
If the call is not answered after 10 rings move to next call. etc.
Any help will be appreciated.

This can be done with a custom TCL/IVR script.

I just wanted to see if you ever did get an auto-dialer working and if you have any suggestion on resources to research how to create an auto-dialer in Cisco TCL script.

Hi Paolo,
I thought I reconized your name! I didn't realize it until I looked back but it looks like we've already purchased it (bulk-dial.tcl). I believe you also produced the safe911.tcl script which has worked amazing for saving us from unnecessary 911 responders show up at our offices.
