WAAS-Outbound Connections not being optimised-Urgent!!!

Pease help,
Am deploying cisco waas,i am in great problems, outboud connections are not being optimised. Its so bad because the client has invested alot into this solution and he's not getting the benefit.
On the CM if i log in to EDGE wae to check the optimised connections details-am getting good results for inbound branch connections but noting happens to outgoing branch connections.
Am using inline method of interception,i have configured everything as per the WAAS deployment guide.

Is there any configuration that needs to be done to ensure both the inbound and outbound connections are being optimised?what could have failed to configure.Am using WAAS release 4.0.19.

Some output from the Edge WAE:

WAAS-EDGE#show interface inlinegroup 1/1
Interface is in intercept operating mode.
Standard NIC mode is off.
Disable bypass mode is off.

Watchdog timer is enabled.

Nicholas,

There is no special configuration required to optimize outbound versus inbound connections.  If you are still having this problem, can you please tell us what the ConnType is for the pass-through connections in the output of the 'sh stat conn' command?

Thanks,

Zach

Thank you for replying to this,

Outbound connections were actually being optimised-i was lookiing at  the statistics for long period of time and hence there was little to see.

All the same thank you for your concern.
