AutoAttendant over E1

Hello everyone,

I have a CUCM 7.1 and a 2811 in the same site. The router has 4 FXO ports and 2 E1 ports.

I have configured an AA application (tcl script) on the router and it was working fine for incoming calls over the FXO ports.

The AA application would allow ether dial-by-extension or transfer to the operator.

However, when i added the E1 ports, although the AA would be triggered, i wouldn't be able to dial by extension or transfer to the operator.

I would get "All our agents are currently busy" message

The call flow would be come to the H323 gateway to the callmanager, where I have the translation patterns then it would go back to the H323 gateway to trigger the AA application. Could this flow be the problem?

Should I do the translation on the gateway itself then forward to the callmanager?
