I want to know if there an ability that all agents know each one status, on other word if we have X Y Z agents Can x know the status of Y?

First of all, please stop using the extranious @ characters in your titles. They are pointless and irritating.

Second, what product and version are you using? This forum covers UCCX and UCCE which almost always have different answers.

Third, this question has been asked MANY TIMES. It's called a wallboard feature, whether on the PC or on an external monitor. Please search the forum before opening a new thread.

If you are using CCX: this is not a native feature. You will need to look at third-party products to provide this.
