Focus on SIP Information area where you put IP address of remote end, security and DTMF Signaling Method. Make sure you use correct CSS for outgoing and incmoing calls. Pretty much that's all, of course you need to add device pool, name of this trunk but thats obvious. Other settings leave default and you can change them later if you need after testing.
