Where can I find a skinny SCCP specification? Can I get the spec if I sign a nondisclosure agreement? What the procedure? Thanks in advance - Tim

If you are wanting development type access to dive into the SCCP protocol itself you may need to get accepted to the Cisco Technology Developer Program. http://developer.cisco.com/web/cdc/home

To my knowledge, these are not release to anyone, and never will be.

I only say that because we work with a company called Edigin who does voice recording. Once we upgraded from version 4.1 to version 7 the connect and disconnect messages being sent were now different. Edigin contacted Cisco, went to the link I provided, payed money I am sure, got accepted to the program and the information was given to them that they needed. In what format or depth, that I do not know but its a starting point.
