Hello,

One of my customer think that under his ACE, this bug id has been applied : CSCx41539.

In fact the ACE has rebooted untimely.

I would like to know which logs could prove that this bug has been involved .

this is definitely not the issue identified in ddts Cscsx41539.

What you have is a crash of the core_dump function itself.  There were several ddts related to that problem.

If your customer does not run A2(1.6a) yet, I would strongly suggest to do it quickly.

CSCsv82791: ACE generating incomplete corefiles

CSCsr89858: me-dumper qnx core when ACE was crashing for some other reason

CSCsq71944: me_dump_g_ns crashes but ACE does not reboot

CSCsr75693: ACE keeps on rebooting

Gilles.

do a show core and verify if you have a core file named "qnx_1_io-net_core_log".

That would be a good indicator.

Gilles.

I 'am not very familiar, whith this kind of product.

Anyway, this is the file that i have from my end user:qnx_1_me_dump_g_ns_core_log.

Which information could concern this bug ?

Hello, Gilles,

I have other core log seems to look like the CSCsx41539.

I join the .log file which correspond at the nearest in terms of name of the one referenced on the BUG id.

Does it means that this kind of bug generate these kind of name *******1_io-net.........log ? and not another name.

I have noticed that the bug Id's that you give me are not visible by non employees CISCO.

I have saved the notification for sending me en email in case of update.

For info :the url link that you gave to me are not known for theses bug id's

Thanks

Richard

Hello, dears all,

I forgot to join the files that i put last answer.

I join them even if i saw thse one : qnx_1_me_dump_g_ns_core.txt of it is unreadeable, and corrupted surely.

I have read the show tech files and I saw anything wrong only that the MISTRAL card has some errors.

Should I open a SR to the tac ?

Thanks by advance
