Can a call transferred to a no-answer extension revert back to the transferring party (similar to hold or park revert, but not for direct-dialed calls to the extension)?
I'll assume this is CUCM 7.X as you do not mention what you use.
No, only the CUDAC product have transfer reverse capabilities
Transfer Reversion (Call Recall)
This allows a transferred call to revert back to the department administrator so that it can be answered and then transferred to a new destination.
