What switchboard solution other than the ARC Express solution do we have to offer Cisco UC-500 customers?

Thinking about software as such - not the sidecar, and for this specific deal it is for a customer with 100 employees, but spread out between three different countries.

Prepering to release something what does that mean ??

Will the Call Connector will have some add-on features to meet customer requirements for a switchboard ?

How long will we have to stay tuned  :)

This is a real problem facing Cisco partners today and tomorrow,

not being able to offer a switchboard solution could kill deals that are in the pipeline.

If Cisco will introduce something new soon in the switchboard area,

what should partners do while waiting for a solution other than stop selling systems to customers that have soft switchboard requirements ?

Can you give us some more information so we know a little bit more what to expect from Cisco,

perhaps some partners/customers can wait but if we are kept in the dark on what's going on

it's hard to make the right decisions, f.e. wait for Cisco, look at 3rd party switchboard solutions etc.
