Hello Erick,
the technotes for C7500 are here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/prod_tech_notes_list.html
you have an issue with redundancy feature (HA), an error in trying to synchronize configurations between the two RSP.
is there any non VIP module some old linecard and you are trying to use SSO?
I would remove all old non VIP linecards as a first step (if any)
Hope to help

I'll read the technotes. Thanks.
We use VIP4-80, VIP6-80 and GEIP, and the mode is SSO. This problem happened after we tried upgrade the IOS, we change the variables, and the boot from both supervisors, but the RSP went into standby cold, and the supervisor rebooted and showed this error message.
Thanks.

Hello Erick,
what is the target IOS = new IOS and the old one?
There is a possibility that there is a SW bug issue with new IOS image
have you tried to reboot the standby supervisor?
Hope to help

Sorry for the delay...
New = rsp-pv-mz.122-18.S13
Old = rsp-pv-mz.120-28.S6
We tried to reboot the standby supervisor more or less 5 times, but don't resolved, only when we did the downgrade and reloaded the entire box, the problem stooped.
Thanks.
