I configured on CM 7.0 IPMA with 2 CTI Route Point : 1xxx and 2xxx for managers.
I configured directory numbers from 1000 to 2500 (but not all directory numbers in this range it 's used).
If I dial any number between 3000 and 9999, phone received the following reply from CM : call cannot be completed .., please consult your directory number and call again .
If I dial unconfigured (unused) directory number from the range above, the phone display freeze and if I press the button EndCall the phone not responding for few minutes.
Why the phone not receive this message : call cannot be completed .., please consult your directory number and call again, when I dial unused directory number in the range 1000-2500?
I know that CTI Route Point make this happen.
How can I fix that?
