Hi,
When doing 2610xm router IOS update, it gives error message of software forced crash. (please see atached file for detail error)
I can't log back in the router.
Please help.

Note: BB2 IOS is 12.1(27b). I try to update 12.4(18). The file is too big. I do 12.3(22) from another 2610xm BB1. Then, I can't log in to BB2.
