Looking at Cisco Unified Personal Communicator 7x (CUPC) with Presence Server 7x.

In the client, I currently add users manually by hitting Contacts > Add New Contact > Search and then add the found contact to chat/im, etc.

Is there a way I could bulk import this, so that for all CUPS users would automatically have everyone in their contacts? Similar to the Attendant Console had a .txt file of users I could see at startup?

We have CSCso41231 which is still open to include this feature. Please follow up with your Account team
for a resolution.

You can also check out the 7.x Presence API developer guides and specifications at the following link:

As an alternative for this.
