Hi all,
Hi have faced the folowing problem with a instalation for CUCM 6.1.3 :
For phones 7960 and 7965 i have notice that when i made a call fw all on one of the phones for same reason after 20 min the call fw all is removed from the phone and from the callmanager configuration.
Is there any one faced this problem
CUCM Version : 6.1.3.1000-16

Hi,
sounds suspiciously like a database replication problem. Try running the
utils dbreplication status
command from the publisher CLI or have a look at the replication status in the Cisco Unified Reporting tool.
Is it only these phone types which are having the problem?

Hi,
This problem only happen with phones model 7960 and 7965.
I will check db replication status
