guys,

how would you implement outgoing rule that will show up your DID number when you are calling from inside?

my DID list isn't in order, but the ISP is sending 4 digits and inside extension is 3. i have done the translation for incoming, but for outgoing call is still showing up as the main number.

example:

DID = 212 456 7890 to ext 801. so when 801 makes a call, it will show up as 212 456 7890 instead of 212 456 1111.

thank you.

I am using CCA 2.2...

If you go to Configure -> Telephony -> Dial Plan -> Outgoing, then look at the Caller ID tab, you should be able to add your outgoing caller ID in there.
