Software to monitor network links through..

Hello friends .. my query is if they know of any software that can make a report on the networks are going through certain link? ..

Say you have a router A and one B. between the two links are redundant links.

I want to know what networks are going through a link and which pass through the other link ... this without using the show ip route .!... thanks for your comments ..

You have documenting how do it with any of the programs you mention (Cisco Network Assistant (free), SolarWinds, Ipswitch's WhatsUpGold), i have Solarwind Engineer V.10, but I have found a way to do it. thanks
