ICM Service Release.

Hi,

On what ICM Component, should I installed ICM Service Release. Is it necessory to install SR on all the ICM components ?

In my scenario ICM Rogger, AW/HDS, PG for CUCM are present.

You should have them all the same. In a trivial little system like you have, there is no reason not to.

Customers who have large systems with many tens of PGs face a more difficult time when applying SRs or upgrading than you do, and ICM does allow the PGs to lag the version on the central controller, but this is just a temporary state.

ICM engineers endeavour to have the same version and SR on all nodes. ES are slightly different and should only be installed on the node they address.

One more thing, the SR notes should state what components need to be upgraded. Also note that this will more than likely cause a brief service outage.
