Unity Connection 7.1.2 Users cannot access CiscoPCA LDAP integrated

             I have been working a couple of strange issues with UCON 7.1.2 IMAP and Cisco PCA. I seem to have my IMAP issue fixed but now I have a CiscoPCA access issue for these same users.

I have UCON 7.1.2 with LDAP integration to Corp AD.

I have CUCM 7.1.2 with LDAP integration to the same Corp AD.

UCON AD users can access their messages via IMAP connection to UCON but cannot access CiscoPCA web interface. These same users can access the CUCM ccmuser page without issue.

I have a non-AD user configured on UCON that cannot access messages via IMAP but CAN access CiscoPCA without issue.

I would really like to have all users (AD & non-AD) to be able to access UCON via CiscoPCA and IMAP.

All of my user COS have IMAP & PCA access enabled and I am licensed for IMAP.

Any help would be appreciated.
