The following lines are not necessary in the CUE dial peer:

b2bua
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1

Have you setup 500 as the dial in number in CUE?

Also you could check the follow link that explains how to perform a basic setup for your UC520.

There you could find the configuration for the CME and the CUE

What does your "interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0" config look like?

Is the static route for CUE in?

Can you ping CUE?

Can you browse to it?

The configuration for the service engine should look like this:

interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0
ip unnumbered [interface]
service-module ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
service-module ip default-gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The ip address should be in the same network as the interface that you listed for the ip unnumbered, the the IP address of the default gateway need to be the one that has connectivity to your CME router.

Also you would need a static route to route all the traffic that goes to that IP be rotue to service engine interface.

Finally you should be able to ping the CUE from the CME.

hi there

I can ping it from CME

TPOC-UC520#sh run interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 298 bytes
!
interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0
description cue is initialized with default IMAP group$FW_INSIDE$
ip unnumbered Loopback0
ip access-group 101 in
ip nat inside
ip virtual-reassembly
service-module ip address 10.1.10.1 255.255.255.252
service-module ip default-gateway 10.1.10.2
end

TPOC-UC520#ping 10.1.10.1

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.1.10.1, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 4/4/4 ms
TPOC-UC520#

Just one recommendation, try to remove the follow configuration from the service engine interface, that is add by the CCA but we dont need it:

no ip access-group 101 in
no ip nat inside
no ip virtual-reassembly

Ok - lets look in CUE,

Can you browse to it?

Has the AA or a mailbox been assigned 500 as the DN (in CUE)?

I can browse to it, I still cannot dial to it, it says unknown number.

perfom a "service int 0/0 sess" to get onto the service module

do a sh run

you should find a section of the config like this

ccn trigger sip phonenumber 500
application "autoattendant"
enabled
maxsessions 6
end trigger

If not you need to configure it, either via the CLI or the GUI

It sounds like CUE is not recognozong the number - is 500 set up as the pilot for the AA on CUE?

It also would be helpful to see the output of debug ccsip messages when a call is placed

Also the CCAPI to know if the call is going out using the correct dial-peer.

Good idea, I prefer debug voice dialpeer myself, for me it's easier to read

Cheers!

ccn trigger sip phonenumber 500
application "voicemail"
enabled
maxsessions 6
end trigger

So, what you get when you dial 500 from your IP phone?
